How we charge
We usually charge flat fees for most routine services (particularly for real estate and business transactions). These flat fees are detailed in the sections describing our services in the website.
For more complex matters that require explanation or our review of documents, the first half-hour consultation is free. Once we have a good idea of your situation, we will give you an estimate of our fees and disbursements and/or our hourly charges regarding your case.
Time-limited offer -- a fee reduction is available to all first-time real estate clients. Until June 30, 2010, all first-time real estate clients will be given a one-time $50 reduction on our regular purchase or sale fee provided they give us a copy of this certificate (click here to print) before closing. This offer may not be combined with any other offer.
