| 2. | A rebate of up to $3,725 for Toronto LTT applies to first-time purchasers of both new and existing homes. | |
| 3. | The Toronto LTT took effect on February 1, 2008, however, certain transitional rules may apply to your purchase which could entitle you to a full rebate of the Toronto LTT. | |
