Our Standard Legal Services Fee Schedule

Our legal fees for the services listed below apply as long as the matter remains standard, without complications. Most of these services involve additional disbursements or expenses which are an extra charge and will be discussed with you at the initial stages. GST/HST applies to all fees and most disbursements. In some cases, RST is also chargeable. All legal fees quoted below exclude the applicable taxes and disbursements which will be charged on our final account.

Standard Residential Real Estate
