All fees are subject to increase if priority service is requested as per agreement between client and solicitor.

If Powers of Attorney for Property and/or for Personal Care are requested and signed up at the same time as your Will, then the fee(s) for your Power(s) of Attorney will be reduced to $50.00 each. Again, disbursements, if any, are extra.

The foregoing fees assume your will instructions are simple, straightforward and do not involve complicated distributions or trusts. They are based on the completion and return by you of your Will Planning Workbook, and upon only one meeting (the sign-up appointment) being necessary to obtain your instructions and draft your Will(s) and Power(s) of Attorney.

If you require a "Mutual" Will (involving the preparation of a contract that neither spouse will change his/her Will without the other's consent), or "Multiple" Wills (a second Will to deal with private corporate shares), or "International" Wills (to deal with property held outside Canada), we will refer you to a Certified Wills & Estates Specialist.
